Cancellations/Rescheduling
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may need to reschedule your appointment.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late is considered a no-show and will result in a 50% fee of your service total.
All payments are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 12 hours before your appointment to avoid fees. Rescheduling less than 12 hours before your appointment is considered a cancellation and will require a 50% fee to be paid before rescheduling.

Body Waxing Prep
Ensure hair is at least the length of a grain of rice. gently exfoliate the area 24 hours before your appointment for the smoothest finish.
Waxing services can be performed while menstruating as long as a tampon is worn for hygiene and comfort.
Lash & Brow Prep
Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face. avoid oil-based products around the eyes for 24 hours prior to your lift to ensure maximum bond.
